Where we ship

Noce currently ships within the United States.

How your order ships

We ship with USPS. Orders arrive in 2–5 business days.

Orders are processed promptly on business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a U.S. holiday begin processing the next business day.

Shipping options and cost

Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees added afterward.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a USPS tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong. You can follow your package on our Track Your Order page.

Multiple items

If your order contains several items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for each shipment, and you're never charged extra for a split shipment.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can usually correct an address if you email us before the order ships. Once a package is with USPS we can't reroute it, and packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a reshipment cost.

Delays outside our control

Weather, carrier backlogs, and other disruptions can push a delivery past its estimate. Delivery windows are USPS estimates, not guarantees. We'll help you track and resolve any delay, but we can't control carrier timelines once a package is on its way.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, check with neighbors and your building's front desk, then give it a day — carriers occasionally scan early. If it still hasn't turned up, email us and we'll open a USPS claim and make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the product and email them to us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
