1-year limited warranty — included

Every Noce appliance comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, at no extra cost. If your product fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship during normal household use, we'll repair it, replace it, or refund it — our choice, and always at no charge to you.

Extra 1-Year Warranty — optional

You can add an Extra 1-Year Warranty at checkout to bring your total coverage to 2 years. Same terms, twice the runway. The extension has to be purchased with the product it covers, and it applies to that specific item and original owner.

What's covered

  • Motors, pumps, heating elements, and internal electronics that fail under normal use
  • Manufacturing defects in the housing, seals, or fittings
  • Electrical faults present from the start
  • Included attachments that fail because of a defect rather than wear

What's not covered

  • Normal wear on consumable parts — pads, cloths, brush heads, filters, seals, and gaskets
  • Damage from drops, impacts, liquid intrusion beyond the product's design, or freezing
  • Mineral scale and clogging from not descaling or maintaining the product as the manual instructs
  • Use of the product with an incorrect voltage, adapter, or converter
  • Commercial, industrial, or rental use
  • Repairs or modifications by anyone other than Noce or an authorized service partner
  • Cosmetic marks that don't affect how the product works
  • Products purchased from an unauthorized reseller

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Email hello@trynoce.com with your order number, the product model, and a description of the problem.
  2. Include photos or a short video showing the issue — this usually removes a round trip.
  3. We'll confirm coverage within 1 business day and tell you the next step.
  4. If the product needs to come back to us, we cover the shipping.

Good to know

  • Coverage starts on your delivery date, and your order record is your proof of purchase — no registration required.
  • The warranty covers the original purchaser and isn't transferable.
  • A repair or replacement doesn't restart the warranty period; coverage continues through the original term.
  • The warranty applies to products bought directly from Noce.

Warranty vs. returns

They're separate. Within 30 days of delivery you can return a product for any reason at all — see our Refund & Return Policy. The warranty covers defects for a full year (or two, with the extension) after that window closes.

Your legal rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law.
